We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (mainland and select regions, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands).

2. Shipping Costs and Carriers

Carriers: We partner with trusted couriers, including Royal Mail (2nd Class Tracked) and Parcelforce (48 or 24-hour services), to ensure safe delivery of our glass-bottled tepache.

3-Pack (330ml bottles, ~1.8kg): £4.50–£5.50 (Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked)

6-Pack (330ml bottles, ~3.9kg): £5.50–£6.50 (Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked)

Free Shipping: Orders over £25 qualify for free shipping (e.g., two 3-packs or one 6-pack plus additional items). This will be automatically applied at checkout.

Costs are displayed clearly before order confirmation and include VAT. Additional surcharges (£1–£3) may apply for remote areas (e.g., Highlands, Islands).
3. Delivery Times

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM BST may be processed the next business day.

4. Packaging

Our 3-pack and 6-pack orders are shipped in sturdy, recyclable cardboard boxes with dividers to protect the 330ml glass bottles.

We use eco-friendly packaging materials to minimize environmental impact while ensuring your tepache arrives intact.

To maintain quality, we recommend storing your tepache refrigerated upon receipt, as it is a perishable, fermented product (0.5–2% ABV).
5. Delivery Issues

Non-Delivery: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@islandtepache.co.uk We’ll investigate with the carrier and offer a refund or replacement per our Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Inspect your package upon receipt. Report any damaged bottles or incorrect items (e.g., receiving a 3-pack instead of a 6-pack) within 7 days for a refund or replacement. Include photos of the damage and packaging.

Incorrect Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details. Contact us immediately if you need to amend your address before dispatch.
6. Risk of Loss

We are not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after delivery to the provided address, but we’ll assist with carrier claims where possible.
